Protocol Number: UPC121908 STEP Study, Sponsor: Uroplasty

	Eligibility Criteria for participation: Participated in original SUmiT trial Treated with the active percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation therapy during the original SUmiT trial A positive responder from initial twelve weekly treatments No urologic Botox treatment since completion of original trial Capable and willing to follow all study related procedures for up to thirty-three months for a total participation of three years Not pregnant, and have no plans to become pregnant during study period Willing to follow original trial schedule Duration of Study Study period will be approximately 33 months for a total participation of three years. Qualified participants will receive study-related medical exams, laboratory tests, and procedures at no cost, as well as monetary compensation.
